For solving the problems which are increasing of the trade volume between South Korea and North Korea, this article studied about the obstacles on the position, the country of origin and outbound of the strategic goods between South Korea and North Korea.
Even though the trade between South Korea and North Korea is the trade Korean racial problem, the customs law treats it as a trade with foreign country.
For revitalize the economic cooperation between South Korea and North Korea, strategies are studied similar cases as china and germany.
