An environment is an exclusive and important element of shaping a writer's personality and dignity. Furthermore, individual character will help to develop an author's unique way of thinking and a character, and be used as a meaningful material as a background of one's work as well Among Chinese literature, Ci is closely related with author's emotion, taste, education, spritual culture, characteristic traits and sensibility, beacuse it represents a pureness of literature.
Hence, this press scrutinized Ou-yang Xiu's YonghuiCi, which is apprised as a good example of his result of this press.
The ifrst impression of his study is YonghuiCi, the acceptance of destiny. Secondly, he included lamentation as its other material, and this also shows politically rigidity of the author.
Moreover, prior to his personality, his environmental priority, which came from author's a prodigy， sincenity and social status was built as a basement of his works.
The circumstance of the author created his personality and YonghuiCi at the end played a sigruficant role in the history of Ci literature.
