Tourism is an industry that requires more creativity than any other fields, and creativity is the key measure and goal in enhancing the competitiveness of tourism. Travel agencies are demanded to offer distinctive customer services out of creative approaches, and the creativity of each travel agent holds great significance since it determines the potential growth of their travel agencies. By analyzing the relationship among empowerment, job satisfaction and creativity, the present study aimed to offer useful information that helps improve the organizational efficiency of travel agencies based on the creative approaches. The study suggested the following results. First, empowerment had positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction was in a positive (+) relationship with the field-related knowledge among other factors of creativity. Third, empowerment had positive influence on all the factors of creativity. Lastly, the analysis on the relationship among the factors of creativity suggested that the field-related knowledge had positive (+) influence on the creative thoughts. Through these results, the study hopes to provide a more comprehensive understanding of various factors needed to develope or enhance the creativity of travel agencies.
