The purpose of this study is to empirically establish connectivity between organizational trust and organizational identification which are perceived by commercial sports facilities employees and organizational citizenship behavior. For the purpose of this study, 239 copies of the final valid samples were collected from convenience sampling and survey targeting the employees who work as office administrators, leaders and contract workers in the sports centers in the areas of Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do Province. The collected date were processed by carrying out frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS 14.0 and by confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis using AMOS 17.0. Following outcomes were obtained through the abovementioned method and procedure.
First, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on their organizational identification. Second, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on help and loyalty which are the subfactors of organizational citizenship behavior. Third, commercial sports facilities employees’ organizational identification was found to have a positive (+) effect on help and loyalty which are the subfactors of organizational citizenship behavior.
