It is expected that Korea will be entered to the phase of aged society in 2018 by the improvement of quality of life and length of life. The aged society should require to provide an age-mixed residential site which can coexist with different generations. The purpose of this research is to suggest desirable directions of residential site planning for aged society based on the analysis of the preference of residential facilities and services to the diverse generations including aging generation. The planning indexes for residential facilities and services extracted from research articles and reports were evaluated by the factor analysis, cluster analysis, and crosstabulation. This research found out that health facilities and reasonable size of housing were the most important residential facilities for the aged and the service of leisure and hobby in the residential sites were required for the sound residential sites for the aged. The facilities to increase the value of residential sites and to convenient the residential life were preferred by the generation of prime of life. Furthermore, the facilities for providing sound education environment and the service of welfare as well as health were necessary for the generation of prime of life. The facilities to strength the relationships among family members, to ensure the safety of residential life, and to keep the value of housing were required to provide for the desirable residential sites to the youth. It is also necessary to provide the service of medicare and estate management for the youth at the residential sites.
