Waegu which attacked Korean Peninsula from the middle of the 14th century to the 15th century was Samurai Group in the Middle Ages of the Kyushu Region of Japan. However, their action was being linked with the trend of Coastal Water in East Asia. Sea Power was prosperous in Coastal Water in the Late Koryo and the Late Yuan and Early Ming, and, especially, the Group participated in the Revolt of Ransyu Island had a close relationship with public power in Koryo and Waegu.
The activity of Waegu was performed under such a situation. Although Waegu’s action spanned over the region of East Asia, since it was not in the free position beyond a state but marginal man as emphasized by the existing research, its contact was positively tried to Public power in the area it worked in order to conquer its own instability. This movement resembles the action of Silla Pirate in the 9th century.
