The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of each recovery method to recognize which one is effective in exercise-recovery and rest-recovery after graded exercise test and is to give help in exercise performance ability and elevation through a taking out of efficient recovery method. In this study we made eleven students of D university have a rest-recovery and after seven days making them have an exercise-recovery we have measured blood lactate by a time zone. We may arrange the effects of a rest-recovery and exercise-recovery through official examination, and they are as follows. 1. In period of recovery after exercise what the consistency of blood lactate acid had a significant difference between rest-recovery exercise-recovery was revealed after five minutes, and lactate acid of exercise-recovery was removed faster than that of rest-recovery. 2. The removal rate of blood lactate acid showed statistically a significant difference at 10 minutes after exercise, and although showed the highest recovery rate most of times and did not show a significant difference after 15 minutes of recovery period, on the whole the decrease of exercise recovery rate was faster than that of rest-recovery.
