This study compared coordination between arms and legs during stable and unstable throwing movements of bowling through a kinematic analysis of muscular peak times during the throwing movements. S1, Push Away numbers 1,2, and 3, Down Swing number 2, Back Swing numbers 1 and 2, and Follow Through numbers 1,2,3,6, and 7 represented the same muscular peak time as the unstable throwing movement. For 52, Push Away number 2, Back Swing number 1, Forward Swing number1, and Follow Through number 4 represented the same muscular peak time as the unstable throwing movement, For S3, Push Away number 4, Back Swing numbers 1,2, and 3, Forward Swing numbers 1 and 2, and Follow Through numbers 1 and 3 represented the same muscular peak time as the unstable throwing movement. For S4, Down Swing number 2, Back Swing number 2, and Follow Through numbers 4,5, and 7 represented the same muscular activity as the unstable throwing movement. For S5, Down Swing 1, Back Swing number 3, Forward Swing number 2, and Follow Through numbers 1 and 2 represented the same muscular peak time as the unstable throwing movement. For S6, Push Away numbers 1 and 4, Down Swing numbers 1 and 2, and Forward Swing number 2 represented the same muscular peak time as the unstable throwing movement. Therefore, it was shown that muscular peak times in stable and unstable throwing movements of each individual are different and this was due to differences in rhythm according to individual athletic tendency and routine. Moreover, homogeneity of peak time and muscular activity and quantity was not evident from the study
