This study is focused on the problem about the expecting sport-policy at the period of localization after our country introduces self-governing system. Now, Does the attraction and holding of sport event affect local community development ? I am going to grasp their relationship through Japanes exemples. 1) In the type of reginal adhesion, local residents realized their district sport-action to select sport as district chief event. 2) In the type of event, there were following effects of increasement of local reputation, cultural exchange between residents and another local resisdents, propaganda and sale of indigenous products and formation of local common sense. 3) In the type of specration-invition, Attraction of sport event had an effect revenue and local nomination. 4) In the type to use image, there were some effect to enlarge income from sightseeing, to understanding sport and to develop it`s technology and popularization of sport program based on local specturity. To mention above, I can find social, economical, cultural effects in consequence of local sport event. 1) Participant`s estimation on the event(The degree of satisfaction, idea of revisiting etc.) 2) Estimation on the organization and management of event. 3) Estimation on what effect sport event had on local sport promotion policy. 4) Estimation on the local character and present condition of sport event and it`s problems. After sport event, we have to do four eseimations.
