The purpose of this study was to offer the degree on social expectation and role for all leader through the analyzing to the role recognition of the sport for all leader. The subject of this study were distributed to 188 sport for all leaders who work at sport centers of public entities and 374 clients in Seoul. This study categorized sport for all leaders` role into 8 domains which were made of role of exercise instrutor, role of preparation in program and management, operators in facilities, role of service to the community and society, role of physical diagnosis and prescription in exercise, role of organizer, role of general worker, role of counselor. Regarding to the questionnaire, sport for all leader` role had total 40 items with 8 domains. The statistical analysis method for anaysis of data included ONE WAY ANOVA. Through above mentioned study method and process the results of research are summarized as follows: 1. Generaliy, the role recognition of sport for all leaders were higher than members`. 2. Sport for all leaders and members showed that the role of court-in area was higher than court-out. 3. In case of members, the role of court-in was higher than court-out. Among the four subordinate of the role court-in showed the role of exercise instruction, preparation in program and management in order and court-out showed that counselor was the highest. 4. In case of sport for all leaders, the role of court-in showed role of preparation in program & management, exercise insturctor, operators in facilities, physical diagnosis & prescription in exercise and the role of court-out showed general worker, counselor, service to the community & society in order.
