After the foundation of the People's Republic of China during the construction of socialism modernization, there is still the important meaningful aspects in that Mao Tse - tung,'s thoughts on the physical education must improve the strength of the Chinese people, construct the material and spiritual civilization of the socialism and elevate the Elite-sports-standards to conquer the top of world-sports. In this study I tried to investigate the formation, deployment, development of the Mao Tse-tung's thoughts on the physical education. When I summarized Mao Tse - tung's thoughts revealed in enforcing process of his ideology on the physical education, I knew that Mao divulged exactly the essence of the physical education from the effects and reactions of the physical education study and indicates that the aim of sports lie in not only the strengthening of the body but also keeping the country. And Mao Tse-tung criticized the traditional thinkings of importance-of-spirituality-and-slightening- of- militarism, revulged the important action of the sports on the education Finally Mao indicates that to protect one's life through exercise is the important way to improve the strength. The form of the development of Mao's ideology of the physical education is as follows. First of all abtaining the right to secure the health of the enormous people and his children is the important duties that the communist party regards as the revolutionary movement. The communist party recognized the role of the sports as anti-imperialism and anti-feudalism in the revolution-streit and the sports are one part of all revolutionary-maneuer which the communist-party leads. The development of the movement for the sports, especially for the army sports, plays a role in constructing the public army and that is a part of Mao's-Army-Establishment-ideology and an efficient specific character of the Mao's ideology on the physical education. Through the formation and evolvement of Mao's ideology on the physical education, the developments and results are as follows. At first the thoughts that the physical education of Mao Tse - tung is to serve socialism, give distinct directions to the development of the chinese - physical-education-plans. Secondly the thoughts that the physical education of Mao Tse - tung is a part of education is prescribed as a distinct guide to the chinese education. Finally the thoughts on Mao's public-physical-education gave them the way to visualize the purpose and duty of chinese - physical-education and to improve the national-health-standards.
