This study, both examining 8 Physique and health-related physical fitness variables in the 148 middle and high age women(age range, 40+ to 60+), and analyzing their health-related physical fitness age(HFA) using principle component analysis. The middle and high women whom I selected for this were; 77 members of exercising group(aerobic dancing, tennis, badminton, health, jogging, mountain-climbing and golf) who has exercised about 3 years-more than 1 hour a day and more than 4 days a week; the 71 housewife females of non-exercising group. Besides, this study investigated the difference in their health-related physical fitness variables between the group which exercised regularly and continuously, and the non-exercising group. The results were as follows; 1. As a whole, all physical fitness elements were appeared downward trend according to aging. Flexibility in exercising group and endurance in non-exercising group were descendent distinctly, 2. All health-related physical fitness variables and expect for BMI among the age group, and between the exercising group and the non-exercising group showed statistically significant difference(40+>50+>60+, exercising group>control group, p<.01). 3. The regression equation of health-related physical fitness age(HFA) according to this test items was as follows; HPFA = 95.703-0.428X_1-0.295X_2-0.040X_3-0.056X_4- 0.695X_5 X_1: grip strength(kg), X_2: vertical jumup(cm), X_3: sitting-trunk flexion(cm), X_4: Sensory organization test(point), X_5: VO_2max(㎖/kg/min) 4. In chronological age(CA), the exercising group and non-exercising group in the All age group appeared non-significant difference. In health-related physical fitness age(HFA), the gap between exercising group and control group in all age group showed significant difference(p<.001), the exercising group compared with the non-exercising group, was estimated about 5 years younger. As shown above, the middle and high age women(40+~60+) of dropping who the speed of aging must heighten health-related physical fitness level and lower HFA through regular exercise. So, as box aging delay and healthy life run can.
