The purpose of this study was to investigate problematic issues related to the role recognition of sport-for-all instructors for the people with disabilities and to suggest the future directions. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the instructors (n＝5) of the sport facilities for the disabled people have been selected by using a purposeful sampling method. The data has been collected by doing an in-depth interview and the secondary data has been analysed based on an content analysis. The validity and reliability of the study have been verified by triangulation, peer review, and member check. The results of the study are as following: The list of the final categories including actual work-site instruction, general task, and member management (persons with disabilities and care-givers) of sport instructors for the people with disabilities was determined after the categorization of the issues and the analysis of these categories. Self-retrospect was drawn under actual work-site category, and excess work load under actual work-site instruction. Lastly, putting an effort to understand the need of members and providing sport information and consultation are necessary for member management.
