The purpose of this study was attempted to identify the difference health behavior, self-efficacy, and loneliness with stage of exercise, sex, partner in older adults. The research problem were as following, First, is there difference of older man and woman`s health behavior, self-efficacy and loneliness as a function of stage of exercise, sex, partner in older adults? Second, is there difference of older man and woman`s self-efficacy and loneliness as a function of stage of exercise, sex, partner in older adults? The subject of this study were 117 old people(man 73 old people, woman 44 old people) more than 60 years old who inhabits in Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon area. The tools of this study was old pepole`s to. This research conduct a analysis of space properties with the case, in order to find efficient way to multiply school sports facilities. The results of analysis were embodied with two plan. The first is about properties of multiplex facilities and improvement plan. Student and local residents may use at the same time, and it can arise as the issue that security and the fundamental rights may be seriously exposed by exposing learning or living space for students to outsiders. This should be also handed as sensitive issue for local residents, the other user of the school facilities, in terms of ease of use. So from plan and design this issue should be considered, and a school and local residents should show a wisdom of management, which can sympathize each other, through understanding and agreement. In the mean time in case of space, installing separate education space and path and prepaing noise prevention facilities to guarantee the right to study can be a good solution. And in order to secure the proper function of a school facilities, if give a priority of using facilities to students and local residents use facilities the other time, so inconvenience from overlapping use can be solved. Fundamentally, which as organizing a council with representatives of each stakeholder as the central figure and operating it continuously, it is necessary to improve and complement operational problems and convenience of facilities.
