The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the sport injury about kendo with 3 group(elite high school players, Pro, Amateur). Questionnaires regarding to sports injury and management were collected from 442 players. The data from this study were analyzed using Crosstabulation, x2. The results were as follows: First, high school and pro-athlete showed injury incidence during pre-season, winter, practice, attack and intense training, while in Amateur showed same pattern except in-season, lack of warm-up. And the time of sports injury occurrence is in the afternoon in high school athletes and amateur but in the morning in pro-athletes. Second, 3 groups had 3-7days to treat sports injury about treatment period, and high school athletes and amateurs were kept playing eventhough they were injured, while pro athletes were return to play when their symptoms are reduced up to 60%. Third, 3 groups showed higher injured area in special areas(neck, upper and forearm, spine, calf, ankle, and thigh). They also showed higher incidence on ankle and elbow joint. Fourth, when they evlaute their injury, they depended on doctors, X-ray and themselves in these orders and they also determined to return to play with their own thought eventhough how many years they were played. Fifth, 3 groups used same methods such as `Mensol· and `PAS· when they were in first aid situation. With these result, we need to consider which elements can be prevented sports injuries and also educate them to properly warm-up and wear protective equipments on their bodies and first aids by sports injury specialists.
