This study is aimed to find the effect of the workout participants` goal-achieving tendency on the workout satisfaction and sport addiction. The object of the study are the 299 fitness participants in Seoul, 2010. The questionnaires are used as the research tools and are formed with four variables; a background variable, an independent variable, an intervening variable, and a dependent variable. An background variable deals with the demographic and personal trait, an independent variable asks about the goal-achieving tendency, an intervening variable enquires about the workout satisfaction, and a dependent variable asks about the sport addiction (sport-holic). Through the factorial analysis and the reliability analysis on each variables, these questionnaires are proved to use as the questionnaire for this study. For the data analysis, the statistical analysis are disposed through SPSS Windows 15.0 Version. The frequency analysis, the exploratory factorial analysis, the reliability analysis, the one-way ANOVA and Scheffe`s ex post analysis, and the multiple regression analysis are compiled statistics with its proper purposes of the analysis. The conclusion of the study through the data analysis from these methods and qualities are shown below: One, there are partial correlative difference among the workout participants` goal-achieving tendency through the demographic and personal trait, participants` workout satisfaction, and the sport addiction. Two, the workout participants` goal-achieving tendency affected the participants` satisfaction of the working out, and sport addiction. Three, the workout participants` satisfaction of the working out affected the participants` sport addiction.
