The purpose of this study is to inquire into the causal relationship between the achievement goal orientations of a student taking cultural physical education class, and commitment to exercise, class satisfaction and recommendation intention. In an effort to achieve the research purposes, this study did the samples of 280 copies of questionnaires in told at four colleges, and then did data processing to meet the research purposes after selecting 245 copies as valid samples excepting 35 copies which were judged to be unfaithful data. For data processing of the collected data, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using PASW Ver.18.0, and also conducted correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis using AMOS 18.0. As a result, this study was able to draw the conclusion as follows, First, the results showed that the subordinate factor of achievement goal orientations-task goal orientation and ego goal orientation has a positive influence on the behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment which are the subordinate factors of exercise commitment. Second, the cognitive commitment of exercise commitment was found to have a positive influence on class satisfaction and recommendation intention, while behavioral commitment was found not to have an influence on class satisfaction and recommendation intention. Third, class satisfaction was found to have a positive influence on recommendation intention.
