In recent years, as a result of improvements in the awareness about special education and development of medical science, the number of children diagnosed with developmental disabilities tends to increase.
Special education must be devised for teaching materials and learning contents to suit the students. For this reason, continuous high-quality education is difficult.
Therefore, the use of learning materials on tablet devices is effective. The purpose of this study is to produce a learning application for tablet devices that many students can use by adjusting the difficulty of the teaching materials to the corresponding academic ability of students.
