Tour-areas are our everlasting places for recreation, sightseeing, health, learning and so on in our life. They offer a variety of recreational activities to people. Therefore we must keep the tour areas good.
At first, reckless development problem of tour areas must be solved to use tour areas well and keep tour areas unchanged.
However, at present the tour-area value model to prepare estimated to effect factors. The biggest problem is only development to be sacred to pumping priming in regional economy. It is the cause of rash development in tour-areas. And because of these development, the balance of power among the tour areas is upset and tour areas may damage naturally sight protection or preservation.
The results are following. The First, reliance analysis for variance examine appeared Cronbach's Alpha calculation was 0.9423 and this was sufficient to show that this study was reliable.
The Second, factor analysis VERMIX rotation factor extracted 6 factor dimension called natural tourism resource, civilization tourism resource, tour-area characteristic, tour-area facility structures, to access tour-area, and tour-area status.
The Thirds, discriminate analysis showed Wilks lambda calculation was 0.923 and P-value was 0.05. According to discrimdent function was to be intended. Through discriminate function analysis form. We can estimate tour-area.
The Fourth, T-test is reliance analysis to examine null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis. The results are natural tourism resource, tour-area facility structures, access of tour-area to adopt null hypothesis. They didn't show any differences between two survey groups. The rest of the research variance is civilization tourism resource, tour-area characteristic, tour-area status to adopt alternative hypothesis. They appeared differences between two groups.
There is a Further to study. Consequently a method of research need to use regression analysis or multiple regression analysis by estimating tour-area, and then study measured in Korea tour-area.
