This study started off from must now also promote a qualitative growth in the education of college Majors and Careers. Therefore, this study analyzes affects on the Education Performance and Career Motivation and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy(CDMSE). This allows the study to present an efficient plan of education for airline service Majors and Careers.
The study is significant in that it systematizes configuration factors by forming Education Performance into Cognitive Performance, Affective Performance. And approaches the configuration factors of Career Motivation by systemizing them into Career-identity, Career-resilience, and Career-insight, and by presenting CDMSE as relevant factors the study differentiates itself from previous studies.
The results of this study will be helpful in both theoretical and practical aspects in airline service Major and Career education. In other words, as a result of Education performance in airline service education institutions, the study will increase the Career motivation and CDMSE of majoring students and strengthen the Education Competency of University & Colleges.
