According to the diverse change of HRD(Human Resource Development) education environment, the education industry has been developed. Nevertheless of these advantage is that has brought some questions that cue a low quality of HRD study performance, especially service manner instructor. Service manner education is increased rapidly in these days. Therefore, service manner education became one of the most important factors for the industry`s success and/or survival. It is truly important to look into the quality of education industry, especially service manner instructors` overall attitude toward their own jobs. The purpose of this study is to survey a job satisfaction and factors influencing the job satisfaction. Thus, this study focused on the service manner instructors` level of job satisfaction. To support this view, theoretical study and practical investigation were made. The survey of service manner instructors was conducted from 5 September by 10 October,2001. A total of 179 valid responses out of 200 samples were analyzed. We used the SAS 8.0 package program for an analysis method. And for statistics methods for analyzing data , we used the Alpha calculation of CRONBACH for verifying reliability and conducted T-test and ANOVA analysis according to the characteristic of relation analysis variables. The results found in the present study are summarized as follows; First, questions on the personal characters such as age, sex, marriage, education, major, formalities , carrier, title, education opportunity, income. Second, questions on the factors for job satisfaction factors based on the personal characteristic of statistics, we can find significant distinction in marriage, education, title, education opportunity, income. This makes it essential that service manner instructors want to get social influencing and work itself advantages. In the correlation of the degree of job satisfaction according to job satisfaction influencing factors, we can find that their relations have very close correlation and have a great effort upon the factors. Therefore company have to make the policy which meets and satisfy their service manner instructors` needs. In order to enhance the job satisfaction of HRD, it is essential to pursue innovations in personal conditions as well as the material work conditions. Above all efforts will bring a good performance and a growth of service manner education, HRD.
