The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of exercise fatigue on the lower extremities joint and the ground reaction force in vertical jump. Eight students aged 20 years were selected as study subjects and vertical jumping before exercise and vertical jumping motion after exercise fatigue were analyzed. The exercise was performed in a series of side steps and vertical jumps at a distance of 2.5 m. The measuring tool was taken by setting seven high-speed cameras at 1/600 s shutter speed and 100 frames/s, and measuring ground reaction force variables using one force plate. As the results of this study, the vertical jump performance showed a difference of about 10.1% before and after exercise fatigue, and statistically significant difference was shown. Hip joint showed no significant difference in the angle change before and after the exercise fatigue in both descent phase and propulsion phase. In case of the knee joint, the angle change was small after the exercise fatigue in both descent phase and propulsion phase, but there was no statistically significant difference. In case of ankle joints, the angle changes after exercise fatigue were significantly smaller in the propulsion phase for vertical jump, which means that plantar flexion of the ankle was not sufficiently produced in propulsion phase after exercise fatigue. The maximum ground reaction force (Fz max) showed significant delay in the occurrence timing of the maximum vertical force in the vertical jump after exercise fatigue.
