Since 2011, there has been a collective academic trend called Digital Humanities in Taiwan. The foundation was the task of building a digital archive of historical literature and the sense of problem. Digital Humanities was a stepping stone to academic questions and practices in applying information science technology to humanities research. The scholars of Digital in Taiwan have created a new method of learning by developing and using tools to read and analyze massive amounts of digital archive in such a way. This method is to read and analyze digital data in digital rather than analog. “The international conference of Digital Archive & Digital Humanities” (DADH) started to held in 2009, the organization of digital humanities was strengthened and the Taiwan Association Digital Humanities was officially launched in 2016. Through this process, digital liberal arts has become a new territory and the term ‘DHer(Digital Humanities Scholar)’ has also been coined. Taiwan"s digital humanities will further evolve after developing data, developing systems, and improving areas. After several years of preparation and experimentation, it is going to provide a solution called ‘DocuSky’ that will build a database and analysis system that will meet the research needs of individual researchers. Based on this evolved environment, Taiwan"s Digital Humanities will move forward to a new level by accelerating expansion and growth.
