The paper will focus on the application from human scientific approaches via Paul Ricoeur’s Hermeneutics for humanities projects via “text-interpretation”. Ricoeur’s ideas on the approaches through text and action may be applied as the source of humanities-interpretation. Being human may provide the world certain approaches to open any kind of discourse as an inner existence for the text, so by the opening of interpretation may provide the world power from our interpretation. The term empowerment may be built after we obtain the emplotment from human life-world. As long as we provide our emplotment to any kind of concrete plots, we may obtain our own approaches to add power via our interpretation. The empowerment may be built from our emplotment. The text interpretation is a path to enter any kind of discourse inside any text, our conclusion is that text-interpretation may bring to us the power from human approach. Humanities-Interpretation is also a key to interpretation, and also to our interpretation on empowerment.
