Nowadays, the human resources of an organization such as industrial organization foodservice employees are very important factors in order to survive in competitive business environment. Hence, the objective of this study was to find the effects of working environment on organizational effectiveness. 250 questionnaires were distributed to employees in Industrial organization foodservice, and 240 questionnaires were considered as valid responses for the statistical analysis. Results of various statistical analysis and major findings of the study are as follows. Working environment had significant effects on the job satisfaction and organization commitment. Therefore, pleasant and comfortable working environment should be guaranteed for employees. Specifically, harmonic relationship should be maintained between colleagues and superiors as well. Also autonomous and creative working environment should be provided with appropriate compensation and reward. This study will be utilized as effective and valuable data for the improvement of working conditions and personal management of industrial organization foodservice employees.
