Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find a new work environment factor in which the work environment recognized by employees can be immersed in the organization according to the employment type of the hotel in which they work. Through this, it is intended to present a plan for reconsidering the social perception of the working environment that causes inequality by employment type and solving problems in Korean hotels. The survey period was from January 2, 2020 to January 31, 2020, for four weeks, by personally visiting the hotel and requesting a survey. As a result of analysis, first, it was found that the working environment of hotel employees according to the employment type had an effect on organizational commitment. Second, it was found that salary and welfare also influenced organizational commitment. Third, it was found that the identity guarantee of hotel staff also had an effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, the relationship between employees was found to have an effect on organizational commitment. Fifth, it was found that peer relations have an effect on organizational commitment.
