Korea joined the FTA rather late but promoted several of it simultaneously. Now Korea is running its FTA with 14 different countries including the US, EU, and China. Minor enterprises often get to face difficulty in securing manpower or expertise regarding it. Accordingly, it is necessary to accumulate studies providing more detailed and feasible countermeasures that minor enterprises can utilize so that they can be provided with a practical aid facing much difficulty for the FTA. This study presents the FTA consulting cases that have been actually conducted. This author deals with the following problems: First, about identical items, countries employ HS Code differently. Second, HS Code 2106.90 of Korea EU FTA is required review. Third, the principle of direct delivery is verified in a closed way. Fourth, electrical and electronic products need to apply classification of items. Fifth, care should be taken when issuing certificates of origin for export to the US. Based on that, this study provides countermeasures. This study contributes to the analysis andcountermeasures to specific cases. Future studies to derive a representative case studies of FTA may need to be performed.
