Law enforcement officers are video recording testimony of child sexual abuse victims regarding securement of their testimony and laws on child sexual abuse victims have been amended in order to be available to application of evidences without appearance of child witness in court. However, there are still problems that cause to exacerbate the second damages on child victims such as repeated investigation to child and the examination of a witnesses in reality of an investigating. To rectify these problems, the ways of specialists' collaboration with joint probe system must be institutionalized, children's rights must be protected with directions of a prosecutor in the scene, and advanced investigative systems must be set up through effective command in an investigation on sexual offenders. In order to train special criminal investigators on child sexual abuse, it is necessary to make them to experience abundant cases and examples, doing continuously exclusive charge for a certain period of time and providing training and education under guideline or handbook to investigators.
