Store housing plays a major role in the residential supply of the rental market in Korea and is one of the old-age contermeasures to obtain a certain profit with residence. It is a point that the store house is composed of the combination of the store and the house, and it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction factors of the residents because Baby boomer generation who don"t usually have much financial assets start to retire from 2020. This study evaluated the influence of each factor on improving the satisfaction of use of the residential and store residents in the store housing. In doing so, multiple regression model is used as a main methodology. In the influence of dependent variables that can be judged by the figure of standard regression coefficient (beta), the relationship between the satisfaction of the structure and unit facilities of the house and the satisfaction of the neighborhood living facilities of the residence has an effect on the satisfaction of the house of the store. The main implications of this study are as follows. The policy of government intervention should be prioritized for the housing cost and the store rent related to the economic satisfaction of the store housing, but the agreement of the owners of the building can bring stability of the housing cost and the store rent. Stable housing costs and rents of stores can lead to the expansion of rental demand and can expect positive effects such as activation of the complex.
