The purpose of this study was to find out the importance and satisfaction level of the selected workers’ participation attributes through the IPA analysis. In addition, it was intended to provide basic information to consider when designing training courses in institutions and enterprises that operate work and learning dual system program. As a result, first, the t-test was conducted to examine the difference in importance and satisfaction of the participants in the work and learning dual system program, and the satisfaction was lower than the importance. In addition, the results of the IPA analysis showed that the importance and satisfaction were high as ‘administrative support’ and ‘capability of field teachers’ in the maintenance and reinforcement areas of the quadrant I. The third quadrant should be improved in the long term, and includes the ‘environmental environment’, ‘training time’, and ‘education content’, which need to be improved in the long term. The fourth quadrant was an overabundance, which included “education methods” and “education evaluation.” As a result of this study, it was found that corporate field teachers need to learn what part of the training workers need, what difficulties they have, and learn the needs and characteristics of each learner through various teaching methods. In addition, the work and learning dual system program center confirmed that there is a need to improve the educational environment and program design to increase administrative support and learners’ satisfaction.
