The study was conducted to analyze the difference in correlation between the standards of landscape review and the landscape checklist for buildings and to draw basic data to discuss improvement plans. The research method was to examine the literature related to the landscape review system and the decision of the landscape review, to compare and review the landscape checklist of the metropolitan metropolitan area, and to analyze the frequency of the proposal of the landscape review in Seoul. As a result of the frequency analysis, first, the review items with high frequency in the decision of the landscape review should be added to the detailed items of the landscape review list of the building to maintain the consistency with the method of writing the landscape review book of the building. Second, it is necessary to separate the items that are difficult to deal with in the landscape deliberation from the landscape deliberation or to classify them into common conditions of the landscape deliberation.Third, in order to prevent the avoidance of landscape deliberation, it is necessary to supplement the form so that the deliberation committee can directly write the opinions on the contents of the landscape checklist review items of the building.
