목적: 6주된 생쥐에서 피부염 유발한 후 genistein과 palmitoylethanolamide (PEA)를 투여하여 피부염 손상 회복 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 6주된 생쥐를 대조군 (Ctrl), 피부염 유발군 (AcDE), 피부염 유발 후 genistein 투여군 (GsT), 피부염 유발 후 PEA 투여군 (PEAT)으로 나누었다. 각 군에 7마리씩 배정하였다. 피부염 유발 후 투약 3일 후 피부 장벽의 변화를 관찰하였다. 결과: GsT과 PEAT에서는 AcDE에 비해 적은 피부 손상을 보였으며, GsT이 제일 낮은 피부손상을 보였다. CB1와 CB2 발현의 intensity는 AcDE에 비해 GsT (64%, 39%)와 PEAT (38%, 28%)는 증가하였다. E-cadherin 양성반응은 AcDE에서 감소한 반면 GsT (76%)와 PEAT (34%)는 증가하였다. p-JNK 양성반응은 AcDE에서 증가하였고, GsT (60%)와 PEAT (39%)는 감소하였다. Genistein이 투여된 3OGsT와 PEA가 투여된 3OPEAT의 간조직에서 간독성이 관찰되지 않았다결론: Genistein이 Endocannabinoid system (ECS) 활성 유도를 통하여 피부염 손상 회복 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
