This study aims at analyzing the motives and current situation of cooperation in the history of China and Russia from the perspective of network global politics, aggressive realism and partnership, and predicting whether China and Russia will be able to maintain cooperation in the future. The strengthening of cooperation between China and Russia intends to influence China by expanding its network to Europe through Russia, and Russia by expanding its network to Northeast Asia through China. Russia and China are also continuing their attempts to check U.S. influence in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East through cooperation in diplomacy and security and military affairs. Russia's raw materials such as energy and minerals and China's complementary economic cooperation centered on industrial goods are expanding into the fields of agriculture and science and technology. This contributes to the expansion and deepening of their partnership. If U.S. and European Union economic sanctions against Russia will be continuing and United States would not change policy toward China, China and Russia will be continuing their full-scale and strategic cooperation in most fields.
