Purpose: The study aims to prepare more objective evaluation criteria from various variables in the Defense Quality Management System (DQMS) certification audit.
Methods: The importance of DQMS requirements was analyzed through a survey by a expert certification examination using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique.
Results: In determining the importance of quality, section 8 had the highest importance of 0.295, and section 7 had the lowest importance of 0.085. In determining the importance of management, section 5 had the highest importance of 0.305, and section 7 had the lowest importance of 0.050. The overall results of the importance of quality and management were measured most importantly, in section 8 with 0.196.
Conclusion: The importance of quality and management field and the numerical importance of each standard requirement were derived, thereby reducing the deviation of the ability of the assessors to examine and securing the objectivity of the evaluation of the audit results of the organization.
