This study was aimed at identifying the types of attitude of multicultural society among medical student. Q-methodology focusing on individual subjectivity was used with data collected in November 2019. Forty-two Q-statements were selected and scored by the 20 participants on a 9-point scale with normal distribution. The data were analyzed using the PC-QUANL program. A total of 20 medical students were classified into 2 factors based on the following viewpoints: concern-acceptance (type 1), boundary-adaptation (type 2). The 2 factors accounted for 49.22% of the total variance. Individual contributions of factors 1 and 2 were 28.25% and 20.97%, respectively. The major contribution of this study is the clarification of medical students’ subjective perceptions of multicultural society. These findings can be used in formulating effective strategies for multicultural society and comprehending enhancement program on multicultural society from medical students’ education or organization program is needed concerning doctors provide effective health and care without bias.
