The purpose of this study is to study the effectiveness, problems, and improvement measures of the education program to find out how effectively the training program supports dispatched leaders in living and Taekwondo guidance activities in the country in order to support the activities of the leader who sends the Taekwondo Official Development Assistance (ODA) project abroad. To achieve this goal, 20 people with experience in the World Taekwondo Peace Corps from 2016 to 2017 were selected as participants in the study by applying the purpose-built selection method, and the inductive categorization analysis on education programs resulted in the following conclusion. First, by applying active programs such as recreation or Taekwondo gymnastics, the training program was presented with the negative effects of the program, which did not take into account the environment, and the program that did not take into account the environment, which improved interest and motivation in Taekwondo, and formed relationships among local people with exciting and interesting maps. Second, the problem of the program was presented that it wanted to communicate with the locals, but there is no communication method other than Taekwondo, there is no program for culture and information, it is too wide a program, and it is a program that cannot be applied to formal education and local areas. Third, improvement measures for education programs were presented, such as the need for programs to communicate with locals, understanding of local cultures and exchanges of personnel, education related to safety and play, the need for programs for cultural exchanges, enhancing guidance and feedback, accurate and detailed education, teaching and guiding functions tailored to leaders, and how to organize lessons themselves.
Fourth, in order to improve the education program, Taekwondo education in particular should be raised to the level of the leadership law through consultation with the national flagwon, and programs related to communication and culture should be raised to the level of education conducive to adaptation to the local area in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency.
