The purpose of this study was to find out how the BOSU ball exercise was applied to obese women to determine how it affects Vascular Age, α- amylase, and total antioxidant activity. The exercise was 50 minutes per day for a total of 10 weeks. In order to see the effect, the results of binary variance analysis and corresponding t-test were drawn and the following conclusions were obtained. Vascular Age showed a significant difference between groups, and there was an interaction effect between the measurement timing and groups. In addition, the results decreased in the exercise group, showing a significant difference. α-amylase was found to have an interaction effect at the time of measurement and between groups, and decreased in the exercise group, showing a significant difference. The total antioxidant activity showed a significant difference at the time of measurement, and there was an interaction effect at the time of measurement and between groups. In addition, the results increased in the exercise group, showing a significant difference. Based on the above, BOSU ball exercise is thought to be a well-known exercise that stabilizes the trunk and develops core muscles, decreases Vascular Age and α-amylase, and increases total antioxidant power. Therefore, If this exercise is carried out regularly, it is thought that it is one of the programs that can help maintain physical balance and improve health. In the follow-up study, if more diverse factors are included, it is considered that the positive part of the verification of the effect of the BOSU ball exercise will be derived.
