The purpose of this study is to analyze a difference between importance and practice on efficient teaching behaviors according to a type-based characteristic of instructors with a major in ballet. A research method was carried out independent sample t-test in order to empirically verify whether the importance and the perception on instructors’ efficient teaching-behavior factors in dependent variable have a difference depending on a type-based characteristic in instructors. Summarizing the specific findings, they are as follows.
First, it is the outcome that parsed a difference in importance and perception on instructors’ efficient teaching behaviors according to a trainer’s age. The recognition on importance was created a difference between the ages of instructors in interaction, fellowship and relevance. The practice was occurred a difference between the ages of instructors in fellowship, relevance and flexibility.
Second, it is the result that dissected a difference in importance and perception on instructors’ efficient teaching behaviors depending on a trainer’s educational institution. The awareness on importance was happened a difference between instructor teachers’ educational institutions in clarity, interaction, fairness, fellowship and learning-centered. The practice was created a difference in clarify between instructors’ general characteristics.
Third, it is the outcome that analyzed a difference in importance and perception on instructors’ efficient teaching behaviors according to an instructor’s education career. The recognition on importance was created a difference in a narrative skill between instructors(teachers)’ general characteristics(education career). The practice was occurred a difference between instructors’ education careers in all factors such as passion, clarify, interaction, systematization, speed, fairness, narrative skill, fellowship, relevance, learning-centered, flexibility and leadership.
Fourth, it is the result that parsed a difference between importance and practice on instructors’ efficient teaching behaviors. A difference between instructors(teachers)’ general characteristics(group with importance/practice) in all factors such as passion, clarify, interaction, systematization, speed, fairness, narrative skill, fellowship, relevance, learning-centered, flexibility and leadership.
