This study was conducted using the technology acceptance model for consumers who have experienced with kiosks in restaurant industry. Specifically, this study performed to verify the effect of the TAM on satisfaction and reuse as perceived by Restaurant Kiosk consumers. Online survey method was employed and distributed the questionnaire survey using the online link to the participants. Total 380 questionnaires were used excluding insincerely respondents. Resulst are as follow. First, consumer technology acceptance of kiosks factors perceived usefulness (0.199, p<.001), perceived ease of use (0.216, p<.001), perceived enjoyment (0.304, p<.001) have a significantly positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, the effect of customer satisfaction and reuse was significantly related. Specifically, the regression model was identifiy suitable for reuse in customer satisfaction (0.801, p<.001). Therefore, this study confirmed that perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment can a positively effect on satisfaction and reuse to consumers who are using the kiosk in a restaurant.
