This study sought to determine the relationship between the risks and benefits perceived by University students in using kiosks and their impact on their attitudes toward use and satisfaction. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, result of an empirical analysis of the impact of perceived risk factors for two kiosks on attitude toward use, it was found that both privacy/loss of human value risk and time risk had an effect on attitude toward use. Second, the effect of the perceived benefits of the three kiosks on the attitude toward use, it was found that the effect on the attitude toward use was in the order of usefulness, enjoyment, and ease of use. Third, the influence of kiosk usage on satisfaction, it was found to have an effect on satisfaction. As shown in the analysis results, it can be seen that college students like kiosks the most because they are useful and convenient in real life, and it was found that using kiosks was fun and easy to use. Therefore, in the future direction of kiosk service development, the goal should be to provide convenience, enjoyment, and usefulness to consumers.
