This research was willing to investigate the necessity of post-management after laser treatment and the role of medical aesthetic by executing moisture management at medical aesthetic after Q-swithced Nd:YAG laser toning. As results of research, First, as the results of investigating the influence of moisture management on conditional change of facial skin after Q-switched Nd:YAG laser toning, there was almost no of moisture after laser treatment but the moisture of both testing group and comparison group increased significantly when comparing to before the treatment. Second, there was the significant difference regarding the fraction in forehead and cheek along the period of measurement, it reduced meaningfully right after Q-switched Nd:YAG laser toning and increased significantly after moisture management. Third, there was no significant difference regarding tension along testing time but the meaningful difference between testing group and comparison group, the tension of testing group was higher than that of comparison group after moisture management and that of testing group was higher than the comparison group after three day later. Fourth, there was no significant change regarding roughness and pigmentation along testing time after laser treatment, three days after the test and the meaningful difference was not shown between testing group and comparison group. So, this research could recognize the importance and necessity of moisture management after laser treatment, become the important basis that highlights the role of aesthetic in medical and suggest the moisture management for customer satisfaction essentially after laser treatment.
