In this study, our aim was to make fibroin decomposition, which is effective in improving memory among silkworm peptides, fibroin etc, an eco-friendly method. In order to obtain fibroin decomposition, fibroin is currently decomposed by performing a large amount of salt treatment on the cocoon. After salt treatment, a large amount of wastewater is generated during the desalination process.
