This paper focuses on the debate of ‘whole spiritual healing’ that heals human misery and aims towards a happy life through philosophical counseling that emphasizes the paradox of happiness. ‘Bonheurologie’, an emerging and convergent study, which has been the peak of various researchers’ attention and long been a pioneer in research, is attempting to establish a new perspective on happiness and various methods of learning. This paper, which does not relate to said attempt, seeks to advance the existing discussion on ‘Bonheurologie’ by linking the whole ‘spirituality’ concept to happiness. In particular, this thesis paves the way for humans to heal the daily suffering of human beings through the ‘spirituality’ dimension and the various levels of the human mind. This is a combination of philosophical discussions, which further widens a variety of issues called the ‘Bonheurologie of healing.’ The thesis begins in this sense, dealing with the level of spiritual healing that completes one’s character in a happy life. In this regard, the philosophical embodiment of the philosophical conception of spirituality will also be centered around the philosophy of K. Jaspers. We need to rethink the mental abilities of the human mind being able to grasp and resolve everything. From this point, the concept of “spirituality” requires to be ableto look past the traditional definition of ‘religious spirituality’, for it was derived from something exotic and different rather than from everyday life. This thesis, which focuses on this point of view, does not contradict the terms of the fact that spirituality and religion has long been regarded as a whole, but rather asserts that it is a very useful medium to describe the unique spirit of human beings, along with the fact that it is one of the philosophical and anthropological concepts of philosophical equality.
