This paper analyzes what existence of the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea existed during the colonial period of Empire Japan from the context of “Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea vs Nachi Japanese”. The reason for paying attention to the context of “Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea vs Nachi Japanese” in this paper is that the past research on the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea tends to emphasize the context of colonial Chosen, whereby the existence of the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea is “Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea vs Korean” or “Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea vs Chosen colonial rule” It has been caught in the context of. So in this paper I grasp the existence of the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea from the relationship with the Nachi Japanese and tried to present a new aspect of empire Japan that emerges from it. What I noted in this paper was the relationship between the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea and the Nachi Japanese formed by “Japanese-style”. Past research on “Japanese-style” in Empire Japan has been caught in the context of colonial rule, focusing on the association with assimilation policy. However, in this paper, “Japanese-style” was used as a tool for heterogenization of the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea by the Nachi Japanese and analyzed that it caused a crack inside the Japanese. It also suggested that a power relationship was born between them. Also, there is a characteristic that the power relationship formed between the Japanese Settler Colonialism in Korea and the Nachi Japanese does not go through the control power. This is a new power relationship of Empire Japan that has not been pointed out from previous studies, and It is a new aspect of the colonial history of Empire Japan that emphasized through this paper.
