Dance is the knowledge embedded in body. Though the value of the dance could not be verbalized, it could be empirical knowledge of contemporary(now and here), subjective and affective through the experience and five senses. According to what Polanyi says, it is the tacit knowledge as opposed to explicit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is the kind of knowledge that is difficult to transfer to another person by means of writing it down or verbalizing it. It is intuitive and unarticulated knowledge that cannot be communicated, understood or used without the 'knowing subject', while explicit knowledge can be codified with words, code sets or pictures, and easily transferred without the knowing subject. Unlike the transfer of explicit knowledge, the transfer of tacit knowledge requires close interaction and the buildup of shared understanding and trust among them. This study, with a focus on the Communities of Practice of the community dance centered citizen, aims at suggesting the educational supporting programs for sharing and extending the value of community dance. The supporting programs are based on the Nonaka's SECI Model(process) as the conceptual frame of Learning Model. In the SECI Model, the diversion of knowledge is emphasized the interaction between tacit and explicit knowledge, although it is possible to distinguish conceptually between these two modes they are not separate in practice and these two modes of knowing is vital for the creation of new knowledge. First of all, it draws directivity of educational program in the learning platform. And it suggests programs based on the four steps of the knowledge conversion process in the SECI Model(Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization). Specific programs could be designed variously and practiced focus on the value sharing-oriented strategy of the Learning Model. For sharing and extending of value of community dance, these programs based on the SECI Model can offer opportunity to participate not only internal member but external member who is passive.
