This study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the difference in awareness of museum assessment between operators and visitors. Since we do not have a national standardized evaluation system. Partially national and public museums conduct evaluation systems. But these ar top-down assessment and have a limit of evaluation of management. Thus this study suggested a standardized evaluation system which was based on the 'interactive experience model' of John H. Falk and Lynn D. Dierking. We employed Kim Sul Han's research results in order to compose the constitutive of evaluation system. A survey of 15 operators and 40 visitors was conducted to study their order of priority of indexes of evaluation. The results of this study suggests that operators and visitors have a big difference in their perception in regard to museum assessment. In conclusion these results give a chance to understand visitors awareness, their preferences, orientation and interests. This study will be used to provide useable tool as an aid for developing the index of evaluation in museums.
