Cardiovascular disease is one of Korea’s top three causes of cardiovascular disease, and the prevalence of cardiovascular disease is increasing, according to data from the Korea National Statistical Office. As a response, a comprehensive and professional treatment framework for cardiovascular disease must be established, as well as a specialized center capable of implementing it and institutional equipment capable of delivering effective medical services. Cardio-cerebrovascular centers, on the other hand, are being relocated to, enlarged, or newly created out of existing outpatient clinics, and comprehensive medical design for ordinary patients is being designed in the space, which is not appropriate for the name of the specialist center. Based on the construction of the cardio-cerebrovascular center in 2012 to 2022, this study classified evaluation criteria into medical information delivery, hospital environment, and service. The results were generated by calculating and assessing the present status, geographic characteristics, and spatial components according to the type utilizing data from a domestic cardiovascular center.
