The purpose of this study is to provide long-term and strategic structural changes to institutionalize sexual evaluation by identifying the relationship between dating violence motivation and gender sensitivity for sports majors, which are defined as a field of education that comprehensively changes human behavior through physical activity.
In order to secure basic data, it was set as a sample group for sports majors with dating experience. A survey was conducted. A total of 400 people were sampled and 398 were collected, and 344 questionnaire data were analyzed, excluding 56 copies of the answer sheet that gave insincere answers.
The collected data used the statistical program SPSS 23.0 Version, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the motive for date violence and the gender sensitivity of sports majors. The specific research results derived through this research process are as follows.
The results of the relationship between personality identity, a sub-factor of gender sensitivity of sports majors, do not have a statistical effect on the motivation for date violence. Second, as a result of the relationship between the motivation for date violence assault by sports majors, power/authority exercise (β=-.183) and counter-provocation attack (β=.014) This affects non-violence, a sub-factor of gender sensitivity. Third, the result of the relationship between non-violence in sports majors" dating violence motive affects non-violence, which is a sub-factor of gender sensitivity, such as force/authoritative exercise (β=-.181) and relative provocation attack (β=.286). Fourth, the relationship between the sexual role of sports major"s dating violence motive influences the gender role of the power/authority exercise (β=.189) and emotional and mental physical state (β=-.138) among dating violence motives. Finally, in conducting this study, it was insufficient to measure the emotional response in various situations by conducting only research through a quantitative approach. Therefore, follow-up studies such as qualitative studies such as direct in-depth interviews and observation methods of sports participants are required.
