Purpose In order to find the policy direction for the successful construction of smart factories, we study the effects of government non-financial support, smart factory solutions, and the agency capability on corporate performance of smart factory establishment.
Method Measured variables based on prior research were searched for, then questionnaires were formed, and the data surveyed on companies participating in the smart factory construction project were analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0.
Result As a result, it was confirmed that the company’s acceptance attitude had a significant effect on the construction performance. And the influence of the adopting company's acceptance attitude on the construction performance was mediated by the adequacy of government support in the non-financial aspect and the capacity of the operating institution.
Conclusion It is necessary to actively seek out the sharing and promotion of successful cases of excellent smart factory companies, and the use of retired professional technical personnel. In addition, it is necessary to select and input a competent operating agency.
