This study investigated the effect of job stress on job immersion of hairdressers. After a preliminary survey was conducted on hairdressers in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, this survey was conducted as an online questionnaire and 292 copies were used as final analysis data. The questionnaire consisted of 12 questions on job stress, 15 questions on job immersion, and 7 questions on general characteristics. For statistical processing, frequency analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results of the survey are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of job stress on emotional immersion, it was found that organizational stress and relational stress had a statistically significant negative (-) effect on emotional immersion. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of job stress on continuous immersion, it was found that the relationship stress, role stress, and organizational stress for each sub-factor of job stress had a statistically significant negative effect on continuous immersion. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of job stress on normative immersion, it was found that organizational stress and relational stress had a statistically significant negative (-) effect on normative immersion. Summarizing the above, This study is Job stress affects job Immersion, and an educational system should be prepared to, secure leisure time, and expected to be used as basic data for relieving job stress, and research is expected to be conducted by subdividing various variables and age groups in the future.
